EMA GSA - Requests for Qualifications for Rate Consultant
INTRODUCTION
The Santa Ynez Basin Eastern Management Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency (EMA GSA) was originally formed via a Memorandum of Agreement under the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). The EMA GSA is in the process of transitioning to governance through a Joint Powers Agreement (expected July 16, 2024) to more effectively implement its Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP). As a result, the EMA GSA is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified firms and individuals to serve as a Rate Consultant for the GSA.
EMA GSA RFQ for Rate Consultant (June 2024)Qualification submittals should be received no later than 12:00 pm on July 26, 2024.
